Arcondis Group is seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer to provide specialized support for Veeva CRM and related platforms used by a global pharma client. You will handle escalation, configuration, data and access issues, and coordinate with Level 3 and vendors to ensure stability and compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of enterprise-level SaaS support, strong ITIL knowledge, and excellent communication in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of Level 2 application support in an enterprise environment.
• Understanding of ITIL-based service delivery and incident management.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications, including configuration, troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
• Life sciences or regulated industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 support for Veeva platforms and related systems.
• Serve as escalation point for incidents and service requests.
• Analyze issues across configuration, integrations, data, security and user access.
• Perform minor configuration changes and data corrections within procedures.
• Coordinate defects and platform issues with Level 3 support and vendors.
• Support releases through testing and post-release validation.
• Maintain compliance, validation status and audit readiness.
• Document support processes and knowledge articles.
• Participate in service reviews and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with client users and regional teams.
