Donaldson Company invites a Senior Engineer (VAVE) to lead product value improvements across a broad portfolio. You will partner with global teams to identify cost reductions and guide transitions from legacy to updated offerings, while supporting operations, purchasing and engineering during implementation.

The role requires 5–7 years of engineering experience, advanced English, and the ability to influence cross‑functional colleagues.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5–7 years of engineering experience, automotive preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and present to stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with data and visualization skills.
