What you’ll do:

Summary:

The Learning Tech & Process Optimization team seeks a Senior User Experience Design Specialist to improve the user experience of our learning platforms. As we transition to a skills-based learning model, intuitive and engaging design will be crucial to drive adoption, enhance usability, and create a seamless learning experience.

The Role:

As a Senior User Experience Design Specialist for Learning, you will develop and implement UX design concepts, providing insights on learner experience considerations. You will translate business requirements and user needs into strategic design decisions, crafting user-centered learning solutions that boost engagement and satisfaction.

You will:

1. Partner with teams across Learning Business Partners, Learning Portfolio Management, and Learning Content & Delivery to create learning user stories and communicate them to the SAP SuccessFactors Learning product team.
2. Design custom pages and cards in Success Map Learning.
3. Enhance navigation, accessibility, and engagement of learning platforms to improve effectiveness and impact.
4. Develop and maintain the information architecture for SharePoint Learner Home and One Learner sites.
5. Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and actionable features aligned with business needs.

What you bring:

You will work closely with learning stakeholders to align on technology requirements. Therefore, you should be fluent in English, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to present recommendations to Learning Leadership.

Additionally, you will have:

1. A bachelor's degree in design, marketing, advertising, communication, or equivalent experience.
2. Ability to design test scenarios, recruit participants, conduct tests, and analyze results to improve user experience and product design.
3. Proficiency in user-centered design, information architecture, and visual design to develop effective wireframes and prototypes.
4. Experience creating visual aids for video, film, or animation to support storytelling.
5. Expertise in structuring and labeling content to improve user experience, with a strong grasp of content strategy and user needs.
