Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking an experienced engineer to support trailer electronics products and systems, including ABS and roll stability. You will validate, release, test, and support customer applications, while developing specifications, DFMEAs, and test plans.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and product management, travel to facilities and customer sites, and contribute to cost-reduction and product improvements through design changes.

Formación

• B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• M.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Experience in trailer driver assistance or vehicles systems engineering is expected.
• Knowledge of design of experiments and safety analyses is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Develop technical requirements, specifications, and test plans.
• Author design specifications, product specifications, component drawings and test specifications.
• Create and update DFMEAs and safety analyses.
• Run DVP&R testing and document results for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with quality, manufacturing and product management teams.
• Support customer applications and field issues; assist with training and demonstrations.
