Job summary

Fulcrum Digital seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large, high-complexity product development programs for a global payments technology client. Based in Mexico City on a hybrid basis, you will coordinate engineering, architecture, and product teams from planning through delivery in an Agile environment, presenting to VP/SVP-level leaders.

You'll drive risk, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across the organization and apply payments domain knowledge to shape delivery strategy

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science.
• Proven experience delivering large, high‑complexity programs.
• Technical background as a senior software developer, architect, or TPM.
• Experience leading new product development in an Agile environment.
• Strong executive presence with VP/SVP audiences.
• Knowledge of and experience in the payments space.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, high-complexity programs from planning through launch.
• Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and changes across multiple workstreams.
• Drive new product development programs within an Agile delivery environment.
• Engage with technical teams on solution design and architectural decisions.
• Present program status and decisions to VP/SVP-level stakeholders.
• Align stakeholders across the organization around a common vision and priorities.
