Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years in HR/Total Rewards, Mexico.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer Mexico compensation structures and governance.
• Lead benefits strategy, cost modeling, and vendor coordination.
• Represent Total Rewards in HRIS, payroll, and cross-functional initiatives.
