Carrier Global Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Sr Supervisor Test & Validation Engineer to lead entry and mid‑level professionals in Systems Engineering. You will assess costs and technical performance of department projects and coordinate activities to meet total system requirements.

You will supervise lab tests, ensure ISO 17025 quality and UL/ETL certification, manage calibration, and coach team members on policies and procedures.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and fluent English required.
• Knowledge of design processes and HVAC applications.
• Experience with testing and validation in lab environments.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate test technicians in laboratory.
• Oversee tests to ensure ISO 17025 quality and UL/ETL certification.
• Manage calibration and instrument maintenance in the lab.
• Develop verification criteria and test plans from customer specifications.
• Monitor costs, efficiency, and reliability of testing activities.
• Coach and develop lab team on policies and procedures.
