Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect to join the Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Mexico City. The role focuses on designing and leading complex Salesforce solutions across multi-cloud environments, with emphasis on scalable, resilient architectures.

You will drive end-to-end technical delivery, guide integration strategies, and oversee governance and quality through design reviews. Expect 50-75% travel to client sites.

Formación

• Strong CRM experience with Salesforce platform.
• Senior Leadership expertise and ability to lead large teams.
• Expert-level understanding of Salesforce product suite and architecture.
• Experience with high data volumes and scalable, performance-driven design.
• Proficient in API integrations and data exchange between systems.
• Knowledge of platform security: TLS/SSL and secure patterns.
• Familiarity with SAML, SSO, OAuth for authentication.
• Experience with data integration tools and Salesforce integrations with CPQ/marketing/ERP.
• Strong deployment, versioning, and release management practices.
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain them on hire.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client goals; identify gaps.
• Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects.
• Follow and define coding standards; lead code reviews to ensure quality.
• Handle technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.
• Maintain target billable utilization aligned to the role.
• Understand a project deeply and debug complex issues.
• Participate in pre-sales activities such as discovery and POC with prospects.
• Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
• Travel to client sites for projects, estimated 50-75%.
