Salesforce is expanding its GDC Latam team in Mexico City, seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to drive multi-cloud implementations and optimal Salesforce use. You will translate complex business needs into actionable designs, collaborate with senior IT partners, and create BRDs, prototypes, and test plans.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, requirements documentation, and hands-on data modeling, with a focus on delivering customer value and maintaining billable utilization.

Formación

• +10 Years of CRM experience.
• Demonstrated capability to understand business strategies and application objectives, and translate those requirements into effective implementation designs.
• Excellent design skills, including the ability to critique visual elements and optimize user flows.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.
• Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress within a set timeline.
• Expertise in process modeling tools and standard methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of key processes in industry-specific solutions.
• Data modeling
• Systems analysis and design.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touchpoints in multi-cloud implementations.
• Work closely with our customers to understand current business processes at a detailed level.
• Participate in discussions with various levels of customer IT business partners.
• Develop strong client relationships by building trust and positive working relationships.
• Create prototypes, proof of concepts, and sample mockups to elicit and define business requirements.
• Create and own user stories and BRDs, detailing them for agile sprints.
• Support UAT and Go-Live, including test planning and status reporting.
• Analyze data requirements and mapping to Salesforce objects or REST endpoints.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Document workflows with flow charts, descriptions, and visuals.
• Maintain target billable utilization.
