Responsibilities
- Lead the resolution of complex campaign performance issues, providing strategic solutions and optimizations beyond investigation;
- Monitor campaign pacing and delivery to ensure client objectives and budgets are met, while generating insights for future strategies;
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with clients in Mexico, acting as a trusted advisor and primary technical liaison;
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices within the programmatic team;
- Drive innovation by contributing to the development and implementation of new tools and processes to enhance campaign performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years in Programmatic or Campaign Management roles in digital advertising;
- Exceptional technical expertise with proven experience in mastering DSPs and improving client performance;
- In-depth proficiency in The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP, and other DSPs;
- Comprehensive understanding of the programmatic landscape, including DSPs, DMPs, RTB, tagging, and bidding;
- Advanced experience in data onboarding and audience targeting, including hashed emails, Mobile Advertising IDs (MAIDs), and other data sources;
- Strong data interpretation and analytical skills, with extensive experience using Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools;
- Ability to quickly learn new products and understand feature functionalities;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences;
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire technical teams;
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing or coordinating teams, even small ones;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data, triggers, and events configuration;
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, Python, SQL.
