You will translate customer and product requirements into integrated system solutions while balancing technical, schedule, cost, supportability, and risk constraints.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years HVAC systems/mechanical engineering experience or Master’s degree and 3+ years.
• Design major components and interfaces.
• Understand scaling, reliability, and maintainability trade-offs.
• Guide junior engineers through demonstrations and recommendations.
• Improve engineering quality across the organization.
• Contribute to technical reviews, support activities, and executive presentations.
• Align engineering work with customer needs and business goals.
• Support iterative product development.

Responsabilidades

• Perform total-system analysis throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate customer and product requirements into integrated system solutions.
• Conduct system planning, integration, verification, and validation.
• Evaluate costs, risks, supportability, and effectiveness.
• Manage interfaces among mechanical, electrical, controls, and software.
• Decompose requirements into subsystem and component levels.
• Develop verification criteria and verification plans.
• Apply model-based design tools across systems, equipment, and applications.
• Work across the complete product offering, not just individual components.
• Incorporate regulatory and compliance requirements.
