Henkel in Mexico is seeking a Supply Planner to translate mid-term plans into executable short-term production schedules, balancing capacity, inventory and service levels. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Material Planning to optimize production and deployment.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, experience in supply or production planning, SAP ERP/APO, and strong Excel skills. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in supply planning and production planning.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP/APO and advanced Excel.

Responsabilités

• Translate mid-term plans into short-term production schedules.
• Balance demand, capacity, inventory, and service levels.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Planning teams.
• Monitor plan attainment and take corrective actions.
• Identify supply risks and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Support new product launches and inventory targets.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
