• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of supply chain experience.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of materials and logistics management.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience with MRP systems and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee daily plant operations to improve efficiency.
• Manage material purchases and maintain inventory within budget.
• Define purchasing plans.
• Monitor weekly inventory trends.
• Improve and control department processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and shipment of materials.
• Manage excess or obsolete materials.
