Schneider Electric in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Management & Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end planning and distribution for a custom, engineer-to-order HVAC portfolio. You will drive demand planning, inventory strategy, and cross-functional execution while leading a team to optimize cost, delivery, and service levels.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering or related field.
APICS/CPIM and/or CSCP certifications or MBA are a plus.
10+ years in supply chain, planning or logistics, with engineer-to-order experience.
Hands-on knowledge of HVAC equipment and project-driven production.
Proven leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and logistics for a custom, project-driven portfolio.
Develop strategies to align material flow, capacity, and delivery with business goals.
Own demand planning, SIOP inputs, inventory levels, and procurement interfaces.
Manage inbound/outbound logistics, freight, warehousing, and cross-border logistics.
Coach and develop the planning/logistics team; set priorities and drive improvements.
Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, project management, and sales.
