Sanmina in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, seeks a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to optimize data-driven operations, predict trends, and drive efficiency across manufacturing.

You will partner with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Production to ensure data integrity, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality metal-mechanical products on time and at optimal costs. Proficiency with ERP/MRP and Excel required; familiarity with SQL/Tableau preferred.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or data analysis within the Industrial/Manufacturing sector (Metal-Mechanical background preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (Oracle experience preferred).
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, or advanced supply chain platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Data analysis and reporting: collect and analyze historical data to build clear reports, track trends, and measure performance against KPIs.
• Date integrity management: monitor schedule and delivery date integrity, detect inconsistencies, and present actionable insights clearly.
• Cost reduction and optimization: identify savings opportunities, track supplier trends, and optimize purchasing workflows.
• Demand forecasting: predict future demand and flag potential bottlenecks to balance and resilience inventory.
• Problem solving and continuous improvement: troubleshoot operational issues and improve workflow resilience.
• Cross-functional collaboration: act as a bridge between Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Production to ensure aligned goals.

Senior Supply Chain Analyst | Metal-Mechanical Manufacturing

Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for optimizing supply chains, predicting trends, and driving efficiency? We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at our Apodaca manufacturing plant.

In this role, you will act as a key intelligence driver for our site operations—analyzing critical data, ensuring data integrity, mitigating risks, and streamlining processes to deliver top-quality metal-mechanical products on time and at optimal costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze historical data to build clear reports, track trends, and measure performance against core KPIs.
• Date Integrity Management: Monitor schedule/delivery date integrity, detect inconsistencies, and present actionable insights in a clear, simplified format.
• Cost Reduction & Optimization: Identify savings opportunities, track supplier trends, and optimize purchasing workflows.
• Demand Forecasting: Predict future demand patterns and flag potential supplier bottlenecks to keep inventory levels balanced and resilient.
• Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement: Troubleshoot operational issues, eliminate supply chain bottlenecks, and enhance overall workflow resilience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a strategic bridge between Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Production teams to ensure aligned operational goals.

What We Are Looking For

• Industry Experience: 7+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or data analysis within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector (Metal-Mechanical background is highly preferred).

Technical & Software Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in ERP / MRP systems (Oracle experience preferred)
• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, data modeling, cross-referencing.)
• Experience with tools like SQL, Tableau, or advanced supply chain platforms
• Advanced English fluency (written and verbal for international stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and comfort working with statistical concepts or database analysis.
