About The Role

Lead and coordinate the Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) team to ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards, improve safety culture, and support business growth through the implementation of EHS programs and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead emergency response, risk management, injury prevention, and incident management programs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and corporate EHS requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement of EHS KPIs and management systems.
  • Oversee change management and EHS culture initiatives.
  • Organize training and events such as EHS Week and other programs.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with EH&S Generalist experience. If this describes you, get in touch.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in EHS roles, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience managing safety culture projects and legal compliance.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Intermediate conversational English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Mexican environmental and safety regulations (NOMs).
  • Experience with emergency brigades, high-risk work, accident investigation, and problem-solving.
