Brandtech+ seeks a Senior Studio Manager with an advertising agency background to join our global team. You will partner with the Head of Resourcing and on-site teams across the Western timezone to fulfill resource requests, monitor utilization, and source freelance talent for short- and long-term placements.

You will also handle data maintenance in proprietary systems and contribute to best-practices for resource management while delivering excellent service to internal and partner teams.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years as a Studio Manager in advertising or staffing.
• 5+ years sourcing/recruiting in the creative industry.
• Experience attracting hard-to-find candidates in competitive markets.

Responsabilidades

• Source and screen top creative talent for Western time zone roles.
• Manage resource requests and triage tickets for allocation of resources.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and discipline leads.
• Negotiate freelance rates and onboarding terms.
• Maintain data in proprietary systems and partner platforms.
• Develop and implement best practices for resource management.
• Foster relationships with on-site teams for cultural fit and performance.
• Build a pool of talent for various roles and markets.
