Formación

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en estrategia & operaciones o gestión de productos.
• Experiencia en ambientes multidisciplinarios y resolución de problemas complejos.

About the Team

We are focused on helping our Merchants gain access to critical financial products to grow and operate their businesses. We are dedicated to providing highly demanded products with the best end-to-end experience. Our team focuses on delivering more value to our Merchants through our platform and external partnerships.

About the Role

You will collaborate with support, fraud, and sales teams within our Merchant Financials pod on the Ads & Promos team. Your responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service, protecting customers from fraud, and providing data insights for decision-making. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, listening to sales pitches, resolving issues, and proactively monitoring transactions for potential fraud. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, working under tight deadlines, and testing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Strategy: Understand merchant needs, prioritize by impact, and create solutions with cross-functional partners.
• Build: Drive implementation of new product features and processes for managing merchant financial products.
• Construct: Navigate ambiguous environments and bring structure to undefined opportunities, creating playbooks or templates as needed.
• Analyze: Use data to inform hypotheses and persuade cross-functional teams.
• Influence: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development teams to align and bring products to market.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in strategy & operations, product management, investment banking, management consulting, M&A, or related fields, preferably in fintech or finance.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams and solving complex problems from first principles.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Ability to write SQL queries and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (C1+).
