Fictiv is seeking a Staff Strategic Program Manager for the Monterrey region to lead some of our most strategic manufacturing programs. You will own end-to-end customer relationships, guide NPD/NPI through production readiness and launch, and drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Product, and Commercial teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 12+ years leading complex programs.
• Experience with NPD/NPI, APQP, production readiness, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product, Sales, and Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end relationships for strategic accounts; drive program success and growth.
• Lead programs from NPD/NPI to production readiness, launch, and scaling.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution; identify and mitigate risks.
• Define business requirements and ROI for new capabilities; ensure execution with risk mitigation.
• Serve as SME on program execution; influence decisions with technical credibility.
• Establish governance with milestones, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate executive reviews and production readiness assessments; drive alignment on priorities.
• Identify systemic gaps and lead continuous improvement to enhance scalability and performance.
• Mentor and coach other Strategic Program Managers and promote scalable processes.
• Maintain QMS compliance and drive quality improvements.
