AGGREGATUM is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Saltillo, Mexico, to join an international technical team responsible for designing, automating, deploying, and operating robust infrastructure and platforms supporting enterprise applications.

You will build CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, manage Linux and cloud environments, deploy containerized apps, and monitor critical services, ensuring stability and scalability in production.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, Cloud or Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong IaC and CI/CD design, implementation and maintenance.
• Advanced Linux systems administration and scripting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience with at least one major public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability stacks and incident management.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at AGGREGATUM, you will be part of an international technical team responsible for the design, automation, deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure and platforms supporting enterprise applications.

We are looking for a professional with 5+ years of proven hands‑on experience in DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containers, and systems administration, with the ability to work independently in production environments and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines, automating infrastructure, managing Linux and Cloud environments, deploying containerized applications, and monitoring critical services.

You will also collaborate closely with development, architecture, and operations teams to improve application stability, scalability, security, performance, and availability.

The role requires experience working with business‑critical production environments, incident troubleshooting, performance optimization, root cause analysis, and automation of operational processes.

This is a full‑time hybrid position, primarily based in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico, with a combination of on‑site and remote work depending on project requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as:
• Terraform
• Ansible
• CloudFormation
• Or equivalent infrastructure automation tools.
• Advanced experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as:

• Or equivalent platforms.
