MuchoRed is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our Finance team in Monterrey. You will execute full-cycle accounting, maintain accurate records, and support the month-end close process under the Finance Manager's guidance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and month-end close.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Prepare journal entries, accounting adjustments, and maintain the General Ledger.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Execute month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain supporting documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and accounting transactions.
• Support compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and company procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Assist with process improvements and other accounting‑related projects as assigned.
