Confidential Jobs is seeking an accounting professional to join a fast-growing finance team in Monterrey. You will own journal entries, reconciliations, monthly closes, and support financial statements while partnering with the Director of Accounting to bring processes in-house.

You will work with NetSuite and ERP systems, assist with system implementations, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, and contribute to automation in a high-growth environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• 3-6 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting or startup experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close procedures
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience documenting processes and supporting system implementations
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsabilidades
