Job summary

Salesloft, Inc. in Mexico (remote) seeks a Senior Software Engineer - SRE to design scalable cloud infrastructure and drive reliability. Candidates must be based in Mexico and able to travel to Guadalajara as needed.

You will implement Terraform/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and develop SLI/SLO frameworks. Ideal applicants have 5+ years in distributed systems, strong DevOps skills, and may hold CKA/CKS certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building distributed systems on public cloud (AWS/GCP).
• Proven DevOps & cloud experience using Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IaC.
• CKA/CKS certification is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions to improve availability and resiliency of services.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and containerized environments.
• Develop automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure deployments.
• Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and efficient incident response.
