Formación

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, production operations, or reliability engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain a 12–18 month technical vision and roadmap for GPN SRE in Mexico City.
• Drive reliability transformation across settlement, observability, and automation domains with SLOs and error budgets.
• Pioneer AI-driven automation for alert classification, runbook generation, and automated remediation.
• Lead cross-team initiatives to converge observability platforms and standardize tooling.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex production incidents and drive durable fixes.
