The Opportunity

As the Senior Specialist Systems Support, you’ll have the chance to administer and maintain the organization's information systems (for example UNIX, NT) to ensure that they function reliably and in accordance with user needs.

What You’ll Do

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain most complex information systems and associated hardware, in accordance with technical specifications, so that the organization’s information systems function reliably.
• Communicate with system users.
• Investigate, trouble-shoot, and resolve system problems (or escalate them to more senior staff) so that user problems are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
• May coach or provide guidance to lower-level support analysts.

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Information Technology
• English level: Advanced
• More than 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Experience, Manufacturing Software Experience, MES Software experience, Strong IT experience in a manufacturing space, Factory Talk Production Centre
