The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Senior Specialist Continuous Skills Development (CSD) for our manufacturing operations. This role ensures consistent application of global skills standards, supports frontline adoption, and maintain accurate capability data across plants.

You will collaborate with the CSD Lead and HR partners to drive capability improvements, training, and certifications while guiding supervisors on workforce development decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in manufacturing or operational environments preferred
• Exposure to standardized processes and workforce data management
• Ability to apply global skills standards and learning processes

Responsabilidades

• Execute global skills frameworks and learning processes at plant level
• Ensure consistent application of standards across shifts and roles
• Support frontline adoption of skills processes and provide job aids
• Collaborate with CSD Lead, HR, and plant stakeholders for continuous improvement
