A technology company in Mexico City is looking for an Infrastructure SME to take charge of planning, executing, and delivering infrastructure projects. Candidates should have a strong background in disaster recovery and infrastructure project management. Experience in ITIL environments is preferred. This role requires strong risk management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Formación

• Experience in infrastructure project management, including disaster recovery.
• Technical background as a system engineer with IT operations experience.
• Experience working in an ITIL-based environment.

• Prepare project plans with detailed milestones and activities.

Infrastructure projects management experience, especially in Disaster Recovery, is required.

We are seeking an Infrastructure SME to lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

Must Skills

• Experience in infrastructure project management, including disaster recovery, obsolescence hardening, security monitoring, vulnerability patching, and hardening.
• Technical background as a system engineer with IT operations experience.

Main Skills

• Management of multiple concurrent priorities.
• Risk management skills to identify risks proactively, implement workarounds, and mitigate risks.
• Preparation of project plans from high-level to detailed technical levels, including milestones, activities, effort, duration, and role/skill set identification per activity.
• Experience in managing software projects is a plus, to understand the SDLC and product lifecycle.
• Experience working in an ITIL-based environment, including change management, incident management, and service management.
