Haemonetics seeks a seasoned procurement/FP&A professional to lead end‑to‑end reporting, savings validation, and AOP alignment. You will collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting, and you will build data visuals in Power BI to inform decision making.

Based in Mexico, you will work with global sourcing teams to drive cost savings and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, ensuring data integrity across systems and clear, executive‑level insights.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, or AOP planning experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Experience with procurement or financial systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP) preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Details

• Operating Plan (AOP) process by developing savings forecasts, pipeline assumptions, and cost baselines across indirect categories.
• Assist in annual budget planning cycles, ensuring procurement initiatives are accurately reflected in functional and enterprise budgets.
• Provide ongoing support to Finance and Category Managers to track actuals vs. AOP commitments, including identification of risks and opportunities.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting on indirect sourcing performance, including savings realization, pipeline health, and KPI tracking.
• Ensure accurate documentation, auditability, and consistency of all savings reported.
• Support the Indirect Global Category Management team by driving financial transparency, reporting accuracy, and validated cost savings across procurement initiatives.
• Partner closely with Finance to ensure rigor in savings tracking and support annual operating plan (AOP) and budget planning processes.
• Maintain accurate project data within procurement systems and deliver actionable insights through reporting and analysis.
• Enable data‑driven decision‑making, compliance with financial standards, and support the execution of global sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting, AOP Support & Savings Validation
  • Own end‑to‑end procurement reporting, including savings tracking, cost avoidance, and budget impact analysis.
  • Partner closely with Finance to validate, track, and reconcile cost savings in alignment with corporate financial methodologies.
• Annual OP Procurement Systems & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project entries within procurement tracking tools (e.g., spend/savings tracking systems).
  • Ensure completeness and integrity of sourcing pipeline data, savings forecasts, and realized results.
  • Manage procurement datasets, dashboards, and reporting outputs across multiple systems.
  • Maintain supplier and category data including Preferred Supplier Lists and vendor master records.
• Support to Category Managers
  • Partner with Indirect Global Category Managers to track initiative progress, financial impact, and execution timelines.
  • Support development of sourcing pipelines aligned to AOP targets and budget commitments.
  • Provide analytical support for sourcing initiatives, including baseline development, benchmarking, and scenario modeling.
  • Assist in building business cases and validating financial assumptions for sourcing strategies.
  • Support occasional procurement activities such as purchase requisitions and supplier data coordination.
• Data Analysis & Insights
  • Conduct detailed spend analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel models, pivot tables, and dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
  • Synthesize large datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Presentation & Communication
  • Prepare executive‑ready presentations for monthly business reviews (MBRs), quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and AOP discussions.
  • Translate complex financial and procurement data into clear, concise, and visually compelling insights.
  • Highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities in procurement performance.
  • Support preparation of procurement communications and stakeholder updates.
• Process Improvement & Governance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Support standardization of savings methodologies, reporting templates, and financial governance practices.
  • Assist with implementation and optimization of procurement and analytics tools.
  • Contribute to documentation of procurement and financial processes.
• Administrative & Operational Support
  • Manage procurement team communications, including inbox monitoring and responding to internal inquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions and action items.
  • Support survey administration, data collection, and results analysis.
• Qualifications
