Placements24 is seeking a visionary Director of Supply Chain and Logistics to lead global operations from a remote base. The role covers procurement, manufacturing logistics, distribution, and customer delivery, with a focus on cost optimization and cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in supply chain/logistics; 7+ years in senior leadership overseeing global operations.
• Experience leading remote/diverse teams and implementing large-scale strategies.
• Knowledge of global logistics, international trade, warehousing, and transportation management.
• Proficiency with ERP, WMS, TMS and other planning/execution software.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in supply chain management and logistics, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing global operations.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing large-scale supply chain strategies, preferably in a remote leadership context.
• Extensive knowledge of global logistics, international trade, warehousing, and transportation management.
• Proficiency in advanced supply chain planning and execution software (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
• Exceptional strategic leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; knowledge of other languages is a significant advantage.
