Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in project/program management, consulting, or client-facing roles.
  • 6 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or professional consulting.
  • Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
  • Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree in Management, Business, or related fields.
  • 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics or SQL.
  • 8 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities
  • Update existing solution content or create repeatable content (e.g., best practices, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and document solutions effectively.
  • Generate partner insights and participate in business reviews to develop partner strategies.
  • Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meetings, and documentation.
  • Execute and sustain solutions aligned with user/partner/client business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Identify trends in solution issues and collaborate internally to mitigate future risks.
