Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for CRM implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Coordinate activities across design, coding, testing, and deployment of applications built on Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Prioritize and evaluate enhancement requests to improve and expand CRM and application capabilities.
• Guide engineers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely design, build, and delivery of applications, infrastructure, and middleware components.
• Ensure solution and requirements documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee project rigor in planning, reporting, and delivery of development cycles and small projects.
• Implement best practices for user experience, platform configuration, license management, and business processes.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to ensure solution delivery meets business needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and business analysis.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with CRM implementations from design through deployment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft ecosystem tools (Office 365, Power BI, Azure).
• Proven ability to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired

• Experience balancing BAU enhancements with new project initiatives.
• Knowledge of license management and platform governance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
