THE WORK

1. Design, develop, and implement scalable, modular systems that reduce technical debt and anticipate future needs.

2. Maintain clean, well-documented code and conduct thorough peer reviews.

3. Create reusable components, libraries, and tools to enhance team productivity.

4. Lead feature development from planning through deployment, ensuring compliance with SLAs and sprint goals.

5. Diagnose and resolve bottlenecks in rendering, API calls, and state management.

6. Collaborate with back-end engineers, designers, and product managers to refine requirements and deliverables.

7. Mentor junior engineers via code reviews, pair programming, and technical workshops.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

1. 4+ years of front-end software development experience.

2. Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

3. Familiarity with Ruby (optional but beneficial, especially for full-stack or Ruby on Rails roles).

4. Strong knowledge of architectural best practices, including modular design and reusable components.

5. Proven mentorship skills, technical decision-making, and experience in scaling frameworks.

6. Experience with test-driven development and security-first coding practices.

7. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments managing multiple deadlines.
