Softgic S. in Chihuahua, Mexico is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain core eDiscovery software using .NET/C# and PostgreSQL, with AI tooling as a standard part of the development workflow.

This hands-on role owns features from design through production, writes automated tests, investigates production issues, and mentors junior engineers while collaborating with distributed teams to uphold high engineering standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with .NET/C#.
• Strong PostgreSQL experience including schema design and performance.
• Experience with Azure cloud environments.
• Strong experience with automated testing.
• Experience owning and supporting production systems.
• Daily use of AI development tools for coding, debugging, testing, and review.
• Ability to verify AI-generated code.
• Experience designing and building scalable software solutions.
• Ability to take features from design through production.
• Mentoring junior engineers and participating in design discussions.
• Strong written and spoken communication for distributed teams.
