Félix is seeking a hands-on Product Designer to lead the Wallet UX end to end, collaborating with the Wallet PM and a team of designers to ship on iOS and Android.

You will balance compliance with innovative design, craft experiences inside a WhatsApp-based chat, and help shape how Félix expands across platforms while maintaining the brand's bold, customer-centric approach.

• 3+ years designing consumer products used by real users.
• Fluent Spanish (native) and advanced English.
• Strong Figma skills and two mobile products shipped end to end.

About The Role

At Félix, a Product Designer is a hands‑on position requiring research, presentation skills, and the ability to generate both quantity and quality of design concepts, while partnering with product and engineering to set and deliver on deadlines. You care deeply about design but enthusiastically welcome feedback. You balance usable designs with smart, creative risks, and you're eager to push boundaries to find the most effective solution.

What makes this seat distinct is the surface. Wallet is a regulated product where the stakes are real money and real trust, and most of it lives inside a conversation on WhatsApp before it ever lives in an app. You'll design balances, funding, withdrawals, stored value, and transaction history within the constraints of a chat thread, while helping define what those same experiences become as Félix expands to native iOS and Android.

You won't be supporting Wallet. You'll be the designer for it, paired directly with the Wallet PM, with a team of designers and the Head of Product Design close to the work.

Responsibilities

• Own Wallet end to end. Funding, balance, stored value, transaction history, and every dollar moving between them.
• Pair directly with the Wallet PM. One designer, one PM, decisions made in a Slack thread instead of a standing meeting.
• Design money inside a chat window, then define what it becomes on native iOS and Android.
• Treat compliance as a design material. Disclosure and consent are part of the craft here, not a tax on it.
• Put your instincts in front of real users and let the research tell you when you're wrong.
• Keep Wallet feeling like Félix. One conversation, every product.
• Shape the team, not just the work. How we hire, critique, and build the system is yours to influence.

Requirements

• 3+ years designing consumer products people actually use.
• Native or near‑native Spanish, advanced English. Our users speak Spanish. So do we.
• Deep Figma fluency and at least two mobile products shipped end to end.
• You’re AI fluent in your workflow. Cursor, Claude Code, Claude Design, Codex is part of your day today as a creative partner that amplifies craft, not a shortcut around it.
• A high tolerance for constraint. Legal requirements, risk rules, and failure states you don't get to design away.
• Range from pixel to strategy, and the communication skills to defend both to people who aren't designers.
• Comfort with speed and ambiguity. We ship fast and figure things out in the open.
• A portfolio link (and password, if it needs one). No link, no consideration.
• Bonus: fintech, crypto/stablecoins, banking, or another regulated domain. Or conversational AI products.

These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
