The Software Development Team collaborates to oversee the design, development, and testing of highly available, standardized solutions across our manufacturing plants. The team also establishes coding standards, guidelines, and project practices, including Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement software solutions for manufacturing systems, considering system aspects and their relationship to production.
• Standardize and reduce the number of shop floor applications, selecting appropriate technologies.
• Define coding standards, development practices, and code review processes.
• Implement CI/CD processes to support automated builds and testing.
• Identify and apply improvements to manufacturing systems and testing methodologies.
• Support the software team with hands-on development of core functionalities.
• Work with other plants to share knowledge and solutions, creating global platforms.
• Ensure compliance with global standards and avoid duplicating functionalities across locations.
• Create and maintain documentation of the system landscape and connected systems, analyzing current states and recommending optimizations.
• Work according to the I.M.S., including ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 50001, and 22301 standards.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience with C# development.
• Strong technical competence and leadership skills during and after project development phases.
• Ability to foster innovation and change within the team.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Required Skills:

• Educational background in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
• High initiative, analytical skills, and technical creativity.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing, SQL Server, WinForms/WPF, ASP.NET/Web Services, JSON, Microservices, REST API, PLC operations (e.g., OPC UA), SAP ERP, Azure DevOps CI/CD processes.
• Business English proficiency and international experience.
