The Marketing Technology (MarTech) team develops systems and tools enabling marketers to send personalized, multi-touch, timely messages, enhancing the user experience. Projects include customer journey automation and real-time targeting, utilizing AWS technologies like Kinesis, S3, EMR, and Elasticsearch.

A day in the life

• 3+ years experience in software development and deployment of distributed multi-tier applications
• 2+ years experience in system design or architecture, including patterns, reliability, and scaling
• Experience with AWS technologies at scale in production
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science
• Business fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex situations
• Experience delivering customer-driven software at scale in a fast-paced environment
• Full stack proficiency in Java, NoSQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, node.js, React
• Experience leading complex software delivery
• Ability to delegate work effectively to accelerate delivery
• Commitment to high-quality standards in documentation, testing, code reviews, automation, and CI/CD
