You will lead architectural efforts across PHP, C++, and JavaScript, ensuring compliance, scalability, and secure software delivery. Qualifications

• Must have led software architecture initiatives at scale.
• 8+ years in mixed-technology stacks (PHP, C++, JS).
• Strong grounding in SOLID, GRASP, and modern architecture.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design and clean architectures.
• Designs SaMD solutions compliant with regulations.
• Experience crafting APIs and data models for multi-language systems.
• Track record remediating technical debt and modernizing legacy systems.
• Improves CI/CD, security, and auditability in private cloud environments.
• Excellent communication; mentor for remote teams.
• English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Assess current architecture and data flows to identify debt and scalability issues.
• Define target-state architecture aligned with DDD and clean architecture.
• Design denormalized storage for read-heavy queries with trade-off analysis.
• Develop phased roadmap for refactoring while preserving backward compatibility.
• Establish engineering standards and decision-making frameworks.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across a PHP/C++/JS team.
• Improve development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and testing procedures.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge through design reviews and docs.
