Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer (Social Media & Motion) to support a focused portfolio of 3–5 B2B tech accounts, turning briefs into eye-catching static and motion deliverables. Work alongside content managers, copywriters, strategists and engagement managers to produce assets for LinkedIn, Meta and emerging channels, including carousels, infographics and short-form videos.

Candidates should have 3–5+ years in digital design, a strong B2B tech portfolio, and proficiency

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in digital agency or in-house creative team.
• Strong B2B/tech portfolio with social media carousels, typography, motion graphics, and short-form video work.
• Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and motion/video tools (After Effects and/or Premiere Pro).
• Independent problem-solver who follows brand guidelines meticulously and works without day-to-day micromanagement.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Aufgaben

• Design high-performing static and animated assets for paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels.
• Create and edit multi-slide carousels, infographics, short-form animated clips, and video edits.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple accounts and build design templates and toolkits.
• Collaborate in creative brainstorms with copywriters and strategists, contributing original visual concepts.
• Self-review files for pixel-perfect detail and brand alignment; incorporate feedback from senior teammates.
• Remix and optimize assets based on performance metrics and audience data.
