Mastercard is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead the SRE transformation across our platform. You will own production readiness, drive reliability, scalability, and performance by embedding SRE principles from design to production.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
6–10 years of hands-on UNIX/Linux, scripting/automation, Oracle/SQL, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience in one or more: C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl or Ruby

Responsabilidades

Own production readiness for platform by embedding SRE principles across design, development, deployment and operation.
Ensure availability, capacity, performance, observability, self-healing and automation are built into systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams across the software lifecycle to drive reliability and velocity improvements.
Monitor and measure service health, latency, and reliability; lead incident response and postmortems.
Scale systems through automation and architecture changes to improve reliability and throughput.
