Regrello is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to oversee release management across a growing fleet of SaaS and customer environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality releases that scale our engineering and product teams.

Key projects include turning infrastructure into plugins, managing GPU infrastructure for AI models, and refining architecture for reliability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in site reliability, software engineering, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Proficiency in scripting languages for automation tasks.
• Fluency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, feature flags, and modern backend technologies; Go strongly preferred.
• Builder's spirit with openness to open-source developments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communications skills, and ability to work in a remote team environment.
• Own the release process across multiple SaaS and customer cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful releases.
• Maintain documentation related to release processes, procedures, and timelines.
• Communicate release details and schedules to stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the release process and manage code/configuration deployments across multiple SaaS and customer environments.
• Develop and maintain release management tools and scripts to reduce toil and mitigate failures.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Product Management, and Operations to ensure successful releases.
• Triage and troubleshoot release-related issues to minimize production impact.
• Ensure releases comply with industry standards and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date release documentation and schedules.
• Communicate release plans and changes to stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams.
