Job summary

ITC Home seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer for hybrid work in Monterrey or CDMX. You will design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications, APIs, and integrations, collaborating with architects, analysts, and QA to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and experience with Glide APIs and Integration Hub. Proficiency in English (B2+) is essential for daily global communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform (as a developer, not an ITSM end-user/admin).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and server-side/client-side scripting within ServiceNow (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies).
• Experience with Glide APIs and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience building integrations (REST, SOAP, Web Services, Integration Hub, or similar).
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher (written and spoken) for daily communication with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Write server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, etc.).
• Develop custom applications, tables, forms, and workflows using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and debug scripts and application issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Follow best practices for code quality, version control, and documentation.
