A global healthcare company in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Service Owner/Manager for IT Service Management. You will lead agile delivery processes and collaborate on complex technical solutions. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Computer Science and over 5 years of relevant experience. Formación

  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Owner/Manager.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management or technical operations.
  • Experience as a technical leader in enterprise environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use new techniques, delivery experience, and business knowledge to enforce existing SOPs and develop new, efficient delivery processes.
  • Support simplifying process and technology designs by proposing and executing solutions to complex IT problems using agile approaches.
  • Execute service workflows and monitor operational metrics.
  • Ensure new platform capabilities are properly integrated into steady operation.
  • Collaborate on tough problems with team members and independently resolve highly complex technology issues.
  • Demonstrate advanced tooling and techniques across technical organizations.
  • Act as an SME, Service Lead, and Advisor for Agile Delivery.
  • Build trust and relationships with technical teams through leadership, quality delivery, and accountability.
  • Drive Business as Usual operations.
  • Apply ITIL, Agile, and DevOps principles in service delivery.

Essential:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Owner/Manager.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management or technical operations.
  • Experience as a technical leader in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with outsourced and remote teams.
  • Experience managing third-party outsourcing and ITSM service levels.
  • Ability to manage requests and issues independently, knowing when to escalate.
  • Knowledge of IAAS/PaaS, especially AWS.
  • Certifications such as ITIL or AWS are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment with high-quality deliverables.
