Candidates should hold a relevant degree with significant experience in chemical manufacturing and a background in adhesives or polymers. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 6 years of experience, or Master’s with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing and product scale-up.
• Background in adhesives, polymers, coatings, or chemical processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead scale-up of new and existing products and translate formulations into manufacturing instructions.
• Validate process parameters, equipment settings, and quality methods.
• Drive continuous improvement using statistical and process-control tools.

Conocimientos

Experience in chemical manufacturing and product scale-up

Bilingual: English and Spanish

Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Polymer Science

Master’s degree

PhD
