• Strong hands-on experience with SAS Programming.
• Proficiency in Python development and scripting.
• Experience with GitLab and version control best practices.
• Experience in job scheduling, monitoring, and production support environments.
• Knowledge of data analysis, automation, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data processing solutions using SAS and Python.
• Monitor and support production jobs, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution.
• Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot batch processing, scheduling, and workflow execution issues.
• Implement automation and process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to support operational requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, monitoring procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis activities.
• Support deployment activities and version control processes using GitLab.
