Softtek is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager based in Mexico to lead complex SAP initiatives across greenfield, brownfield and upgrades. You will coordinate SAP consultants, align with client PMs, and drive governance through steering committees and capacity management.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in project management for SAP environments, proficiency with SAP Activate/Agile, SAP ALM, SAP Public Cloud (GROW), BTP, and API integration, and a proven ability to improve delivery,

Formación

• 6+ years of project management experience in SAP projects (greenfield, brownfield, upgrades).
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate / Agile methodologies and SAP ALM.
• Experience with SAP Public Cloud (GROW), BTP, and API integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate SAP consultants for SAP Rollout and projects.
• Coordinate with client-side project managers to track duties and timelines.
• Participate in steering committee meetings and executive reviews.
• Coordinate with ADM and PxM to kick off SAP projects and governance.
• Mentor and coach SAP consultants in assigned specialties.
• Collaborate with project leaders to bring new capabilities and SAP academies.
• Support staffing, sourcing, and mobility through the capability management team.
• Perform project reviews and define actions to improve delivery and gross margin.
• Monitor CMMi levels and drive process improvements.
• Ensure timely entry of financial and project data into internal systems.
• Attend Monthly Business Review with PMOs, VPOs and Practice Manager.
