South is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and maintain solutions across a mature Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver reliable technical solutions, combining Apex and Lightning Web Components expertise with solid Salesforce administration and architecture knowledge.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience and the ability to work remotely within Latin America, with a focus on scalable data models,

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Knowledge of Flow, SOQL, data modeling, permissions, sharing, and security.
• Experience building REST API or other system integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Ability to translate incomplete business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is preferred.

• Design and build Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, and other platform capabilities.
• Translate business goals and stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements.
• Design scalable data models, automations, integrations, and security controls.

• Improve existing implementations and simplify legacy automation.
• Maintain platform configuration, permissions, packages, and other administrative components required to support delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and protect platform reliability and data quality.

• Document important architecture, integrations, and operational procedures.
