Senior Salesforce Developer (Experience Cloud Specialist)

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Experience Cloud Engineer to enhance public-facing websites through responsive design, accessibility, and seamless integration. Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Architecture

• Partner with Salesforce Architects, Product Managers, and UX teams to translate business needs into scalable, user-centered solutions.
• Develop and maintain Experience Cloud solutions, integrating with headless CMS and external systems.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) compliance and performance optimization.
• Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, and produce robust technical documentation.

Innovation & Best Practices

• Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry best practices in web development.
• Collaborate in agile teams, providing estimates, breakdown structures, and technical guidance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with deep expertise in Experience Cloud.
• Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Hands-on with Salesforce CLI, SOQL, SOSL, Experience Builder, and app development tools.
• Knowledge of OAuth, web services, and integrations with headless CMS.
• Familiarity with GitHub/Bitbucket, version control, and tools like Gearset.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Bitbucket.

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to Marketing Cloud Personalization.
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (preferred), Platform Developer II, or JavaScript Developer I.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable working collaboratively across time zones.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and a passion for clean code.
