Epicor is seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong CPQ experience to design, implement, and support quote-to-cash solutions in Monterrey. You will work with Apex and Lightning Web Components, configure CPQ, and drive automation across sales processes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop, enhance, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
• Configure and support Salesforce CPQ, including product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, approvals, and quote templates.
• Design and implement Salesforce customizations, integrations, and automations supporting quote-to-cash processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, including pricing, configuration, and approval workflow challenges.
• Support production environments, manage tickets, and provide timely end-user assistance.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to development best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, and approval processes.
• Understanding of quote-to-cash and order management workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation, customization, or support experience.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform development.
• Experience supporting quoting, pricing, and order management processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred

• Experience with Salesforce Billing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or revenue recognition processes.
• Experience with Conga Contract Management.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer and/or CPQ Specialist).
• Experience with integrations, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
