Job summary

Infosys invites an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join its Mexico delivery team. The role focuses on designing, coding, testing, deploying, and supporting Salesforce solutions that meet business needs using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.

You will collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs, while ensuring code quality through reviews and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Force.com platform experience.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration, security implementations, and deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• In the role of Senior Salesforce Developer, understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases.
• Designs and develops scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Collaborates with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Responsible for end-to-end development activities including design, coding, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
• Ensures deliverables quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentors junior developers and shares knowledge through documentation and sessions.
• Stays current with Salesforce updates, releases, and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
• Participates in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions based on best practices and business needs.
• Translate functional requirements into technical design and robust solutions for planned releases.
• Lead code reviews to ensure high code quality and design patterns.
