Here’s what you need to know about this position:

THE WORK

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce across Sales and Service Cloud.

Build and maintain modular Flows and declarative automations to support complex business processes. Develop and maintain integrations with SAP and other internal or external systems via APIs or middleware.

Collaborate with stakeholders and Salesforce admins to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues using a methodical, problem-solving approach.

Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, coding standards, and platform best practices.

Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and maintain clear technical documentation.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

Five years or more of Salesforce development experience focused on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder.

Advanced understanding of Flow orchestration and scalable automation design.

Proven experience integrating Salesforce with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform limits, order of execution, and development best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required, with Developer II preferred. Experience with Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
